I have found it most useful to put those with a short agenda on ignore.
For the record, I will reiterate my thinking that we have a lot of positive catalysts in the short term (next 2-3 weeks). If the stock runs back up to the $5 range before any positive catalysts are announced, then when real clinical trial data is announced, or if revenues are up by over a factor of ten from Q2 2011 or about a factor of 3 over Q1 2012, then we should see some real fireworks. Just remember, Anatabloc didn't get into all the GNC franchise stores until near the end of last quarter, so we won't see the really big jump in revenues until Q3.
Also, keep in mind we have court ordered mandated settlement talks with RJR later this month. I have followed this litigation for ~9 years, and IMHO, the time is ripe for a settlement. There are several ways this could be structured as a win-win situation for both RJR and STSI. If you are interested in the strength of STSI's legal position with RJR, you should read this post.
But, while I think the odds for settlement are as good now as they have ever been (in part because the FDA is in the process of mandating TSNA content on the tobacco labels), I am not invested in STSI because of the tobacco litigation. I am in it because they have discovered something that I think will change medicine as we know it. I think Anatabloc (and the S(-) isomer prescription version) will alleviate dozens of human diseases that are caused by NF-kB going out of control in the body. I think it will be a hugely successful treatment for Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Crohn's, MS, Epilepsy, and virtually every autoimmune disease. I think the skin cream version of Anatabloc will be a huge seller. Finally, women will have a wrinkle cream that really works. Also, I think Anatabloc will be found useful in treating numerous forms of cancer. For more information on what diseases are covered in the patent application, see pages 54-63 of the WIPO Patent Application.
It sounds hard to believe, but I think Anatabloc will make people live longer, and, in my experience, it really does "turn back the clock" (at least it does for me). I also know about ~ 100 people who are also taking it, and only a few have not observed a significant benefits.
IMHO, soon after the clinical trials are released, we will see the health related shows on TV fighting to get the doctors on who have researched Anatabloc. We will see article after article in newspapers and magazines about the miraculous healing ability of Anatabine (a substance that was discovered in tobacco of all things). Those of us who have watched the youtube video below already know the clinical trials results should be impressive (this video gives us a first hand glimpse).
