As a business law major that has an edge to him,Lincoln is a rare individual...book smarts and street smarts..plus he has an edge to his marketing approach...

He has surrounded himself with a celebrity lifestyle and his business approach is sexy...and sexy sells...always has and always will...

His marketing approach is whats hot right now....in the moment type of an approach...what sells right now is what's hot right now...Charlie Sheen...current..Fergie..current...Sopranos famous..not current..won't happen..imo..

The pulse of the market is created by what is current...consumers pay attention to what is current and Lincoln will feed the appetite of the consumer...he knows...he is that good..just watch..

The thing we have to ask ourselves is why Lincoln who already created the magazine...who already had celebrity contacts...chose to have a Licensing Agreement with IPRU...and how long that agreement is inked for....we know what Szar International can do for the share price of IPRU but what exactly does IPRU do for Szar....the upcoming filings should be very interesting...Lincoln is buying up shares and using IPRU as a vehicle to making a ton of money without the responsibility of a public company is how I see it....AIMHO....we shall see...
