I received those "free shares" via Trade on Aug 1st and sold then off in the AM

8-01-12 Sold 9400 EWRL @ .2306 (Order #357) - $2157.13

I previously did own shares of EWRL but that was a while ago so I'm confused as to why I got those free shares

I guess etrade wants the shares back so I actually have a short position now?? I don't know... I've never shorted a stock before besides buying put options. Etrade shows the shares as "-" and when the stock goes down in price it shows up as gains on my portfolio. If that's the case I would like this ticker to hit no bid before I have to buy to cover I guess lol
