radium, while I appreciate the work you do and your knowledge, NONE of what has happenend is this case should have been allowed by a fiduciary as high as a Federal Bankruptcy Judge.

If you as a witness to a murder among many types of other crimes lie, fail to tell the truth about what you witnessed, you can be held accountable just as in this case with the Debtors SHOULD BE.

Instead of enforcing her duty as a fiduciary in one of the highest capacities in the United States, this Judge IS GUILTY of aiding and abetting bankruptcy fraud, guilty of allowing crimes against the estate to continue and many more that I will not even go into.

I understand you wanting to stand up for the law, but this is NOT the first corrupt Judge and certainly will not be the last. Basically, what you are saying this Judge is NOT responsible for anything because it is Delaware. I suppose if Rosie would have murdered somebody in Delaware since he was working on this case that could be released as well.

At some point, I would EXPECT you to stand up for the U.S. Constitution that so many people have died for, been crippled and continue to die for so you can freely do your "thing" in life like so many others instead of defending corrruption at its highest.
