OTOW .0009 Reversal hit a double bottom at .0005

The stock saw over 30 million in volume today in just last hour of trading. The average volume in the last 3 months has been 7,095,828, this is quite telling as now the down trend has been breached. The last move in April had a similar rally from .0006-.0026 range.

This may look like measly to some but bullish indicators have now signaled possible reversal with a break of .0011 this could see much higher
