OTOW .0009 The chart setup is solid for a reversal, Looking for the stock to break .0011 here for a move , all indicators points to a larger move, the stock trades in Cycles and if you look at the bottom Reversal Tail in April , the stock moved from .0006-.0026 Now take a look at the bottoming tail now this looks like it will make a similar move now , remember these stocks trade in CYCLES.
