Kevo - I understand that you believe all these items you list are signs that everything is on the up and up and is going to be great. If that is the case then why doesn't the pps reflect even a small portion of your excitment? You list all these things over and over but you fail to address the specific concerns that I and a few others have asked or commented on. The obvious and admitted dilution that is takeing place to support ECDC or its 4 different companies, the rather high compensation for the CEO as the stock continue to decline, the lack of specifics when it comes to launch dates for vir02 and Student Connect, the modest, not huge as some say, increase in revenue that is accompanied by HUGE debt.
What does fully staffed have to do with anything? You and I do not really know what fully staffed means or indicates. Big names....? Why do you beleive these people are big names. Until there names were reported here, no one had heard of any of them. We have a new marketing guy from out of the country. Why hasn't anyone asked why he left Phillip Morris or was he asked to leave. I do not say these things just to be negative but only to show that there are many unanswered questions and concerns. Six deals and a few 8K's are nice to say but until we see these deals produce profit, not just revenue, they do not mean as much as you would like us to beleive.
Debt reductioin with Ironridge. Doiung business with a preditory lender is not always a great thing as you would like us to beleive. All these financing arangements with discounted shares hurts the compnay in the long run. It is evidence that what ECDC has to offer at this point is not enough for reputable lenders to consider.
Last question.....why is it you can't share the information you say you have that guarentees an increase in PPS? Just wondering.
