Ameritrade responded generally and said they would look into the matter. Nothing further as of yet from them, however, our priority is on pushing DTCC without pushing them-- our attorney has satisfied all of the materials they have requested toward a favorable action there, but for now, they basically said, they are still reviewing it...so we wait. My atty wants to ensure we do not annoy them as they seem to do what they please as they please, so have to ensure we aren't 'pushy' all the while.
