No, mostly because the other manufactures used some commonsense and dont specifically say that their vaporizer is designed and distributed for use with illegal drugs, on the otherhand, RFMK decided to jump the shark and say exactly that, they actually clearly defined the Cannacig as drug paraphernalia as you can see here:
