If the cannacig is illegal then wouldn't that make ALL vaporizers illegal? The large ones that ppl use for medical reasons have been out for years. Why haven't they been shut down??? Bottom line is they are paying their taxes just like the dispensaries. So illegal or not the odds of them being shut down is slim in my opinion. I would think the feds would go after those who are growing it before a device that is used for marijuana. Look at the head shops and all of the pipes and other stuff that would technically be illegal. Im sure it could be proven that more ppl use the pipes sold for marijuana use than for tobacco yet they are still on the market. No offense but your sister's opinion doesn't mean anything out in the world or on this board, it is merely an opinion where she feels it belongs.


I don't think RFMK is going to be shutdown. To think that the govt would invest that kind of time in a company that is just getting off of the ground is a joke.
