Why? because people need to think for themselves about the investments they make. they can't just take the word of companies or analysts. It's good thing to openly discuss investment risks.
I believe a convertible is possible and that would make a big difference in any investment decision in this company. That's why I mentioned it.
If a convertible is totally out of the question, why didn't they just rule it out in the news release. It would have eased my mind a lot.
Hopefully we will get more details before the month is out. If they pull it off without being convertible, that's great. I would then buy more stock. Until then I am holding what i have.
