I'm not saying i expect dilution, only that it is a distinct possibility.

Nobody said that they would do the debt financing with dilution on purpose. Of course they would want to avoid that.

As for you examples, most of those companies have billion dollar market caps. Or they are not mining companies, let alone Gold mining companies. Not exactly a good comparison.
