First of all, Savi settled with Cornell (now YAG) for cash and 25 million warrants.

Second, "caused by serge" ?? The Cornell deal was signed in 2006 when Mario was CEO, not Serge. You remember that, don't you?

Third, the Cornell deal was not technically "death spiral" to begin with. Extemely dilutive, I'll grant you, but not really death spiral. (Just for old time sake, I've linked one of my posts from way back in 2006 responding to the "Cornell death spiral" claim)
