I personally would not hold 12000 shares going into this binary event. The failure in carrier reduces the chance on non-carrier greatly IMHO. You could sell half to break even on those shares and gamble with the last 50% for the upside. I think Elan will be back to 8 if non-carrier fails. I now put the chances of success at <35%
