If minus CEO Serge Monros 2 Billion shares, how do your Savi numbers look then? 2,003,535,615 divide by Shareholders of Record 877 a/o Mar 31, 2012

Shareholder average 2,284,533 - Serge's Lion Share?

Right... Theoretically?

so as of 3/31/12 the the O/S count is 4,003,535,615
and the Float is.............1,988,691,689

This would leave 2,014,843,926 as restricted stock within the O/S count.
