My big question remains, what are the terms of the debt financing?
If there is a convertible clause in there, even if it is at 50 cents, that's a lot of new shares which would effectively put a lid on share price appreciation for some time. I won't add any more until I see the terms.
I can't see the current shareholders being in favor of convertible debt financing but they needed the money. They got a lot of it. Let's hope they just have banker friends with deep pockets. IF they get it without any convertible, I will be very impressed.
