pps has been running steady in small incraments, just look at that beautiful chart. It all paints the PR story. Someone knows something and has been accumulating mega shares. Might be a buyer for a piece of one or two of the assets, IRCE has. Even a lease, or some kind of proposed expansion could be the case. We shall see.
