I got in a bit late, but I got this.

Rogue Paper, expanding the sales team, "bright" outlook on growing sales. MTV2 has been added as a new network using the Rogue Paper app.

Wetwinds - Renamed Vir20 - Enable users to have a virtual entertainment platform that will enable user to user interaction. Looking forward to launching the BETA version "very soon"

Q&A:

"Reverse Split?"

"There has been no discussion to do anything like this what-so-ever by the board to do this"

"For RP : Will RP be expanding to the Android Platform?"

"Our port to android, we've built a software development to the providers for this, none have decided to use this yet."

"Opportunity to break into US Market?"

"We recently entered into joint-venture with McCloud, ... they dominate Oil and Gas Globally, there were a lot of legacy devices in the market, which made it hard for us to integrate into this current infrastructure. McCloud has given us the opportunity to use our devices with these legacy devices, we're the only company that has this technology, and we're the only ones that can offer this. By integrating with SAP and McCloud, and possibly a few more companies, it will allow us to be used more widely.

"With the recent increase in shares, will there be a RS?"

"Again, there is no talk by the company or the board to do anything like this. We have 4 divisions, if you consider this, our outstanding shares is really not that high. We don't see any reason for a RS, we have 4 distinct technologies, which we believe will give us the growth we need."

"Out of the 4 divisions, how many of them are producing money?"

Just Earchsearch and Rogue Paper are producing revenue, we expect the other two to be producing revenue by the end of the year.

"School year 2012 is coming up and we're wondering if Student Connect will be ready by September"

"It is ready, however there is a setup, a process that is involved when dealing with a government entity. We're particularly very very excited about studentconnect, I just spoke briefly about the monetization, I will give more details further int he call on how to monetize Student connect.

"Do you have an advertising and marketing strategy?"

"Andre is putting in a plan in place today to aggressively market. Something else I'm doing is to be in a lot of trade shows, and industrial events. We intend to be very visible to business journals, we plan to bring a strong PR team onboard. A lot of these activities are being put together as we speak.

Andre : The thing is that we just need to understand that we are dealing with 4 wide lines of different businesses, additionally, what can come as a really good turn on investment is aggressive search engine optimization. Regarding the Schools, when you're dealing with the government sector, again you need to understand who are the decision makers and how to connect to them. The first pilot project will be the driver of the word-of-mouth among the school authoritatives, we're offering PR media that will explain to the parents how this is contributing to the safety of their kids. Regarding wetwinds, the idea is to leverage people that are already very active on other social media to spread the word as to what is new and upcoming. In a nutshell, yes, we are developing relevant marketing strategies that will produce the best result for every product.

"About Earchsearch, have you dabbled into the Natural Gas field?"

"Yes, our primary capability is to track content, and areas where content can be stolen is where our strength is. Canada is having concerns that the natural gas deliver to their customers is being manipulated."

"Is your intellectual property patent pending or patented?"

"We've pulled the patent application and decided to keep it a trade secret, because all it takes is a company to manipulate the patent and change it to where it can be patented as something else, our concern was if we patented it, we would see several companies.

"Is the wetwinds signup and the vir20 signup be merged?"

On the wetwinds page, we had close to 25,000 people sign up to be part of the beta, one problem we had was not allowing people to invite others. We ask everyone to sign up on the vir20 site because they will now be allowed to invite people via their facebook and twitter accounts.

Tish : The people that have been signed up with wetwinds, will be merged with the vir20 user list. We are starting a marketing campaign to include facebook, twitter, and google+. A lot of the signup will include who we are as a company and our goals. Our goal is 1,000,000 users, but even 10% would a good startup point. We have received a lot of positive feedback.

Kay on Student Connect and Stephanie on Rogue Paper

Stephanie : Back in 2010 when we first founded RP we were going to networks and tell them that they were going to have to build this thing on a second screen to capture people that were using smart phones and laptop computer. We've really focused on entertainment in the past, we really see a lot of growth in the new categories, for example, news with the elections and debates, we feel it's a great opportunity to give candidate backgrounds, and conduct polls. We're seeing a lot of second screen with the Olympics right now. With the growth, we're seeing this market changing, we think it's time for some market consolidation, we're trying to find another company to compliment ourselves to merge with and really attack the market. We're talking to a lot of big networks, to do entire networks, and/or single shows such as the VMA's. We really feel reaching facebook consumers, IOS and android devices, we really have the best toolkit to provide second screen content.

Kay in addition:

We're also having conversations between divisions on how we can leverage technology between the divisions, such as wetwinds and Rogue paper to create true human to human interaction.

Kay on StudentConnect:

We're hoping to get started by the end of the year and significantly add to our growth and revenue. The revenue is created by advertisements. This is a unique opportunities for companies to feel like they've added to the safety of children.

You take a look at the area we're focusing on right now, I think Andre looked at 4 school districts with 550,000 students. We' assumed by our research that 90% of parents would participant. Parents would receive 4 messages a day, 'picked up from home,' 'dropped off at school,' 'picked up at school,' 'and dropped off at home.' All of these messages are sponsored by advertisers, 4 messages a day, 500,000 parents, we're looking at 100,000 a day in revenue just out of these 4 school districts. We're right at the cusp of showing that the resources put in this organization will see a return.

"Will vir20 be able to handle advertisements or clients to sell their products unlike facebook who's stock dropped a great deal, will vir20 be able to handle the clients who will want to advertise their products?"

Tish - "With regards to advertising, this entire platform will attract advertisers which will allow specific advertisers in specific areas. We're also developing things that don't exist on other platforms, so we're building something that is slightly different from anything else out there.

Kay - When we started with WetWinds we had to slow down slightly, because monitzation strategy is very essential, it's not just about how you build the site. There's a lot of data in the social media space that can help you develop demographics that advertisers can't reach the demographics they want to. Within our system, we're not doing only demographic management, but also advertisement management to allow advertisers to reach who they want.

"Dick Costollo has helped in the past, will he help with the business?"

"Dick has been an adviser since 2010, he's not on the board of directors, and he's not compensated, but he does give us some of his limited time to help us on issues."

"Where do you see ECDC 5 years from now?"

Of course I'm the CEO so this may be biased. I can say this, vir20 can do things that has never been done before in the social media space, today the average user clicks from one site to another with an average of 5 minutes per page. You're going to see people spend a lot more time on the social media site, giving advertisers the advantage for theirs ads to be see. You will have a destination that advertisers can go to. When you see what can happen with student connect, it's a no brainer. Just yesterday we received our first inquiry about studenconnect from Nigera. Andre has been given the ability to move forward aggressively. Honestly, over the next 5 years, who knows what could happen.

In Closing

I'm grateful for those that have joined this call. I can assure you that every member of this management is focused on growth, there will be ups and downs, there will be hiccups along the way. Keep in mind we're still developing, we're trying to hire more people, more experience.

Every one of these divisions are closely monitored and managed for growth and development. We thank you for your time and participation in this call.

I've had to paraphrase a lot of this because I could type as fast as they could talk, but I think this is fairly accurate as to what was said and discussed in the call. If anyone has any corrections or additions please post them.
