SUBJECT: REDUCTION OF DEBT/LONG-TERM LIABILITIES
The Board of Directors & CEO of Mike The Pike Productions hereby confirm that the company
has settled $245,000 of debt, as listed in the company’s Long-Term Liabilities, thus reducing the
company’s total debt from $910,042 to a total of $665,042. Settlement of the $245,000 was
made via settlement on the following notes, as they are named in the company’s most recently
filed quarterly report, period ending March 31, 2012, in the following amounts:
$50,000 toward principle of Promissory Note 3 reducing the note from $115,000 to $65,000.
$64,000 toward principle of Promissory Note 8 reducing the note from $150,000 to $86,000.
$12,000 toward principle of Promissory Note 9 reducing the note from $112,407 to $100,000.
$119,000 toward principle of Promissory Note 11 satisfying the note in full.
The company further confirms that 0 (zero) shares were issued, distributed or otherwise used as
consideration toward the settlement of debt.
This adjustment will reflect on the company’s next Quarterly Report, period ending June 30,
2012.
