Just remember that the clear span building to be used is different than a normal flat or pitched roof structure of timber design.
First, it is a tubular steel frame with an arched configuration. That is what is confusing the DRMS engineers.
An arch design is one of the strongest structures you can build, if the footings are adequate.
Then, since it is arched, it is difficult to predict how much snow will stay on the top. (another advantage, but still an unanswered question)
There are a lot of variables such as the coefficient of friction of the material used in the cover, the strength of the tuning used, and the spacing of the support members.

I would venture to guess that even the manufacturer is having a bit of trouble with calculating the required answers requested by the DRMS from CGFIA.
We can speculate, but the answer is not a simple one that you can just research from the Internet.
Let's see what the experts decide.
