The majority of speculators,myself included,purchase stock in a company such as BIEL on positive rumor and or positive PR. As retail begins to purchase stock in anticipation of positive effect the rumor or PR will have on the share price,it will begin to inch up. When the pp's begin to move up that is when retail will take notice and begin to buy in larger and larger numbers.Share price advanceing will entice buyers not any positives or negatives posted on a message board.Whe people see the train leaving the station they want to jump on for fear of being left behind,and missing the train.That is human nature at work. Needless to say these are just my humble oponions and observations. My thinking is the FDA is wanting as much time as possible between the denial and approval,to come,to save face. GLTA
