You can use market manipulation to your advantage and pick up as many shares as you want below .30! The MMs seem to have an endless supply, and are seemingly giving away the stock.

Just put in a GTC order for however many shares you want, (let's say 100K) for .30 and let it sit there for a few days. With the blatant manipulation going on here, you will get filled.

And when this runs, you to can...BE THAT GUY!
