Let's not forget that we still don't know the terms of the new debt. If they are convertible debentures at 50 cents or something like that (no idea if they will be convertible or at what price) that could also hold back the price.

Let's face it, there are a multitude of reasons both macro and micro that could contribute to the current share price.
