Still open questions??
1. NI 43-101 Molejon, Botija Abajo over due since July 16, 2012 per latest conference call. IR promised response a week ago. Rumor is there will be no new Ni 43-101 until after PDI issue is resolved. May not come until next year.
2. Status of PDI spin off. Some problem with TSX since no approval in almost a month. This is a major issue and may take
a long time to resolve if ever. PDI is not a sure bet.
3. Lomero-Poyatos drilling announcement delayed.
5. June Molejon Production rumored to be poor due to installations, maintenance, ore grades.
6. Q4 was a definite losing quarter. Q1 looks like it too.
7. PDI contracts promised to be released by end of June. The whole PDI issue is up in the air. Inmet may just buy its own equipment and do the job itself. New rules on bringing in foreign workers makes it possible.
8. Web site a mess. No Fact Sheet. No Financial Presentation Model. Ancient visit Panama on vacation article from January 26, 2012 posted under Current Events. Photo Gallery has old pictures. Company no longer participating in shows and events.
9. Status of 4th Ball Mill installation not updated as promised.
10. Status of heap leaching, pad construction and production, with efficiencies. Rumor is that heap leaching is not working
nearly as well as expected.
11. Update promised on Portugal by end of July, but now not expected due to other pressing problems.
12. PP Note offering may not be filled.
Time to sell and capture tax losses. Be sure to stay away for over sixty days due to wash sale rule. Come back after first of year. This stock is going nowhere for six months or so. Come back in below $0.20 and you will do well long term.
