i dont think it really matters unless you are trying to flip. Unless it makes a move into the xx.xx range I wont even consider selling even a little. The people who will make the most money are those able to see this investment through the growth periods where the entire NOL's are used over time and to use long term capital gains one day when they decide to cash their chips in.

Just my opinion, but hey I wont complain if we keep going up.
