Frank, did you get in after the BK or before???

If you got in under .25 you should do just fine. .30 is shooting a little low IMO -

I made my first buy at .2399 and another buy today at .116 (which is the pps I called for a bottom back on the 24th in a PM with a buddy). My 1st sell is set at .48 so I can get all my cash out of it and let the rest of the shares just go where they will.

$1 is not out of range once the shorting stops and they have to cover.... That won't happen til news or filings come out.

If this goes under a nickel I will buy all I can get (all with money I do not need for living).

My second sell will be set above a $1 and just left alone on a GTC order.

NO REASON TO SWEAT THIS ONE - Its gonna make us some good money before its over.... just gotta let the process play out.

I doubt the Union's change of venue will be granted - these big money BKs really need to play out in the NY courts.
