If you look at my post I agree that the 14 reasons are very valid. I DO have trouble with the fact that, while Ronnie was passing around the 14 compelling reasons, he was also working with a large institutional investor and another smaller investor to meet with IDCC in violation of SEC disclosure rules. He did not bother to tell anyone publicly that he was doing that. I do not have trouble with the truth, maybe he does, and that is why he has hurt his own reputation. I do my own DD as well as read the board here. I look up and investigate things said here before I decide whether to act or not. I have not sold a single share since I got in during the 90s. Those that would call me stupid for not selling during the run to 82$ can hold their breath. I wish I had. I had 2000 at that time. Because of my DD and the drop back to 5$ I now have 5 times that and know more folks that have bought in since then. Ronnie has done a lot to show what the insiders have done, good and bad, and I thank him for that. My opinion on the insider options is that you give options with a low strike price so that when the stock goes up you benefit. If you issue options after the news is out and the price is going to $50, what kind of incentive is that? How do you benefit? When the stock is going up it is too late. The team in KoP are working their asses off and that suites me fine. I thank them for that. I am not happy with the insider selling timing, but I am not on a crusade to destroy them. Only a person with an ax to grind or a ‘lesson’ to prove grinds an ax as some here have. Loosing money blinds some folks to what they are doing and how it affects others. I don't think the dilution we have witnessed is any worse than any small start up company struggling to survive. Ours is just a OLDer company that has been beat down by the big dogs. We will get rewarded soon. There were a lot of engineers and admin folks that stayed at IDCC during the 90s when they could have easily gone out in the market and found a job for much more. Let them get what they passed up in the 90s. BOD included. Don't preach to me about excesses. I don't consider them to be out of line and you will not either in the near future. Microsoft has how many shares? 10 BILLION? Yes that is correct Billion with a B. Wonder how many early stock holders complained about dilution. Likely not many long term investors. Likely all the short termers did, but I don’t know. I was not there. I will be there for IDCCs accent. This is my rant, pent up for the last month or reading this board.
