What qualifies as a startup promoter? I recall defending aps many plays ago for peeps thinking victory and aps were the same...or victory was a sister...and at the time it was clear they werent because different plays launched from each...since then there were at least a few rumors of eric v buying the victory db...and this play in particular, and also a little bit with ctdt, brings a bit of cred to all this...
