Independent of your calculations, which are quite good, I disassembled some liquidmetal components, weighed them and measured them and "fit them" into the dimensions of the rumored Iphone 5.

Allowing for a thickness of 1 mm for the material overall, I came up with a requirement of 44 grams of material.

I believe that one could shave this down to about half.

So in case of the IPhone5 22-25 grams of material could make the back plate (possibly with internal re-inforcement) ribs and encompassing sides and be quite sturdy and rugged.

This would permit production of 4 pieces per cycle.
This would be 80 per hour, 1920 per day, 57600 per month and 691200 per year per machine. [Gross production: no deduction for downtime, repairs and maintenance, Murphy's law, etc.]
