I mean it all depends on how much the premium gets sucked out.
In my experience, that happens VERY quickly and even holding 20 minutes past open can be bad though the stock is moving in the right direction.

Your 620s might not be worth too much and maybe the 640s too. Im not sure how pricey those put premiums were to start with.
