One good thing is Wilmont will be gone, Because o/s is 500 million shares I am sure a r/s will happen 32 million to 500 million in less than 2 years, what an ass for a ceo Wilmont has milked as much as he can.
It depends on how much of a reverse split is at 4-1 its not to bad if its 10-1 up it is a effort to make our shares worthless. My guess 500-1 if you have a million shares, you will end up with 2000 shares at .35 a share or $700.00. After 2 months of no pr's pps will go to .03 a share.
Only having a million shares after the 500-1 split Barwicki will autherize another 500 million shares which will make your shares worthless. He will call for a reverse split and do it again. Thats my opinion.
Who knows if the oil will ever flow, he will be making lots of money.
