First I thought, OK. Spammers got what is coming to them.

Then I read all the way to the bottom only to find out he never owned the stock.

WHAT??? You can sue the 3 companies even if you never owned any of the stocks? WHAT THE......WHY? I thought you can only sue when there was a loss???

He sued because of getting SPAMS even though he never bought?

This is crazy. I get junk mail and SPAMS every day. Why would I go down to the court house to sue them from emailing or mailing me? Courts cost money.
