Zone Alarm Question...

I keep getting the alert..."The firewall has blocked internet access to your computer (NetBIOS Session) from 192.168.0.101 (TCP Port 3079)(TCP Flags:S)

What's that about??? It's the BIOS part that makes me think I should unblock it.
