Hi guys...still in Little Rock and looking forward to a return to New Orleans sometime soon, if only for the occasional day trip. I'll br relocating closer to home in about a week....

OK, now for our stock.....I've spent some time this morning reading posts for the first time in several days and I'll just add this....for years I have maintained that people will respect someone who just tells the truth. They may be pissed but for the most part we're a very forgiving people and just want to know that bullshit isn't the norm. One of the more astonishing violations of this was by in my opinion the smartest man who ever served as President, William Jefferson Clinton (not trying to get political here). When Clinton was running for his first term he stated that the biggest mistake made by Nixon was not just saying "Hey I effed up and it was stupid, I am sorry." Well, we all know what happened when he decided that an answer of "It all depends on what the definition of "is" is" was the way to handle a major stupid beyond all understanding eff up. Anyway, about a year and a half ago I sent several emails to Frank and placed a few phone calls to him (no response) where I identified myself as one of about a dozen gay guys in New Orleans (including 2 bar owners) who were totally excited to get behind this business in a big way. The idea of being a part of our own cable channel was and still is exciting however I stated quite specifically that he should make no mistake about our ability to see through crap and just because someone is gay does not make them trustworthy. Be up front and don't try to play us and we'll be there for the long haul. Need to sell stock to expand the business? Fine. We will need to put up with an iffy pps for a couple of years? Fine. Tell it like it is, make the business move forward and we're there. Dance and weave about the financials and the share structure and we'll give you no slack. I don't know why Frank ignored this, perhaps he had mitigating reasons that I'm not privy to but I can't read his mind. I give him points for how far the channel has come but many many people have taken a bath with this stock over the last year and a half and that's left a bad taste. I'm one of the lucky ones who has made a few bucks with this stock but personally that's unimportant. It's about credibility and making this company something to be proud of. This is the first time I've posted in this manner and I will be sending an email to Frank expressing this same sentiment. I do not expect a satisfactory response but I will be pulling for a new and improved approach by management. I try to live my life by just trying to do the next right thing and I don't have to search real hard to define what "right" means. Then again I've never been a politician or the CEO of a non-reporting start-up. Thank God.

And thanks to all who struggled to read through this :)
