Help please, Java won't launch

my trading platform, charts, streaming data, level 11, etc.

I get 'system offline', when I look at details I get:

"System offline application does not specify <offline-allowed/>"

I've gone into Java properties, 'advanced tab' and made sure

launching thru mozilla browser enabled. I uninstalled and

reinstalled Java and all checks show I have the latest version

and it's working.

Suggestions would be welcome.
