From email from CEO:

"According to our SEC counsel this could be due to a number of things, including failure of MM makers to file paperwork required, change of SIC code etc, however the company is in full compliance and fully reporting, we are concerned about whatever the issue may be but we do not see a reason to worry."



Things are fine and this is still going to run up to pennies!
