Because the majority of shareholders thought the company is worth more. And now we're at 1/5 the value. Does this seem like a good value proposition to you? How long have you been trading? How many times have you seen a company's stock hit rock bottom, where most usually sell, before recovering huge gains to make up the intrinsic value. This company is worth at least $56 million based on Formula's offer. I'll take my chances with it trading at a market cap of $12 million.
