Authorized shares does not equal issued shares, for a 4 business division in the penny land no one should even have been concerned even at 1 billion issues which we are not there yet. Don't forget these are 4 different technology divisions. People have to understand, this company is not private and or in private equity land, it had to raise money to build the business. Issuing shares was the only option, It is a ply only for people who intend to be long.

Everyone need to do their on DD on what the company is doing with all the shares issued and determine whether management is being foolish or using the shares for the overall long term interest of the shareholders
