It' apparent BIEL has been obtaining operating funds from other than diluting.Closer evaluation the the chart shows there's been no dilution since April. Either some one with money is optimistic or they are selling some product,or a combination of both.Of coarse this my personal observation and interpertation of the chart. GLTA longs. PS. I have been in and continue to be in,"til the fat lady sings".
