Let me get this right...a board member told you nonpublic information that is not available from a public readily available release? The company has yet to make any disclosures. They have however stated that as of March 31, 2012 the holders of old NBI shares(nonpublicly traded) have yet to be issued MILV shares. Why a simple conversion has not occured is questionable. When it does the flood of shares will begin, your dealing with over 650 million shares potentialy for sale.
