I'm glad I was wrong about the PPS tanking if the deal fell apart. It didn't have a negative effect on either stock. Some times it's good to be wrong.

One thing I noticed in the HBRM PR about the talks being discontinued was that they said that at this time they are discontinued. Maybe they are posturing hoping CHRI will come back with a more realistic offer.
