Although the 2G trial in the U.K. is still scheduled for October 31, there is no trial date for 3G.

The following exchange of emails was just received from "Lindsay", who is taking Sam Steven's place, while she's on maternity leave:

How's it going in jolly old England?

Scotland Yard did a fine job putting out the recent terrorist fire, which should help deter those who are thinking of doing the same thing in the future.

If you have a moment, would you mind checking for a trial date on the IDCC/Nokia lawsuit involving 3G (Third generation cell phones.)

We already know that the 2G lawsuit is scheduled for October.

"Hi Frank,

Just about managed to avoid being blown up, I was on the train behind the one that got caught.

At the moment there is no date for this hearing although please keep checking as it may be fixed at anytime.
