I don't get it, I cannot understand why people invest in a development stage company then start to complain about the ups and downs. Please explain to us what exactly did he say to you that had you fooled? The guys is still building his business, the various divisions he said he was building is still in process, how has he fooled you or anyone else.

I can understand people talking about "dilution" but can you build a 4 division operation on no money. The proof will be shown when he is done. Maybe be the conference call will tell us what we need to know.
