If the CEO was just running a scam, why would he go through all of the trouble of procuring Race Cars, Drivers, Magazine Ad's , trade shows, on and on and on. Most of the Penny Beverages i looked at that actually looked like scams were "development" that never went anywhere. Just seems like the alleged scam artist could save a lot of time and money not doing those things just to push the stock a few pts.
