Not only aren't they all bogus, they actually are not bogus at all. The most important factors in this deal are how much they will pay for the profits Challenger is making, and how much of that payment will be executed now versus in the future counting on price appreciation. So the question here is if Jeff Gates is truly business savvy and more importantly, does he care about the shareholders? We will soon know.
