Also of note:
- The CEO alluded to the possibility of ANTS buying the Fletcher shares in liquidation... this is an item that I do not have enough knowledge on... but I don't believe that the Fletcher shares are in the float. If this is the case, ANTS could be looking to buy back more than the 40 million in the open market.
- Kautzmann also said that he would not be authorizing any conversion of what he called 'seated shares' in the o/s into free trading shares.
