I think that's a fair assessment of the potential here.

By the way, the SS was discussed directly by the new CEO in a webinar on 6/25:

- 300 million a/s
- over 299 million o/s
- 68 million float

The share buyback, if fully implemented would indeed drop the float to 28 million. The Dr. Kautzmann also said in the webinar he would be 'hold internally' all shares bought back by the company. This leaves open the very exciting possibility that you are correct about the ANTS strategic plan to buyback and then use the shares at a higher value for negotiating deals.
