Have you seen the break down on what he billed for the firm and what he billed per hour, then see what the whole firm billed and do every employee actually get the actual amount they billed. the whole process is that we have no clue if they actually used every employee listed on the billed. If they consulted for 5 minutes then they would pad it for a higher time to receive full value. As a firm they billed almost two hundred million.

Rosen would still work for the firm and represent the LTI in handling of the process so they would bill LTI for their services. Will their services be padded again and bill 200 million if it actually takes another 4 years.

So again, Yes to Rosen there is no money for equity just on that alone...

The D&O insurance should have have paid for their last bill and D&O should pay for this bill and all claim money of there is some should move to equity.

Or we could ask Rosen to see an actual P&A and see what was actually transferred to JPM and at what value and then see what was actually left. You might be surprise!!!!!

Since only the Judge, debtors(Rosen), JPM, FDIC and any other leech would see it, we will never know what actually transpired.......For example "JPM" how do you go from "We have taken over all the bad mortgage and deposits from WAMU and will show a negative in profits and will need help from the government. The true value of WAMU was only worth 1.9billion for which was too much. Then four years later, showing a profit for every quarter than started adding assets from the fire sale and then come out in public with a black eye, with a huge trading loss from using the profits they received from WAMU (8+billion) not really knowing what was the real value of the loss probably higher.

Lot of money went to places to the rich or thieves for profit and none to the true owners of the company and that is the shareholders.....
