I dont know but Im reading studies done by Rock Tenn and Smurfit Stone saying they need about 2 million gallons of number 6 diesel to operate their equipment at each one of their facilities for what ever system is contains. Paper or plastic they do it all. Because P20 will fill the need of plastic disposal that disposal savings adds to the bottom line. The waste hauler has to be upset but thats business. RKT is up 10.00 dollars a share in recent weeks. As P20's are implemented mainstream more 10.00 dollar hiccups will occur. Right now 61.00 a share will get you 20 cents a Quarter dividend. In May it cost 51.00 and 43.00 in October.
