$16 or $18 Million DoN Contract Awarded to Dell...

So I was just sitting here (sort of) listening to NPR here in Austin (while doing some work work)... when I heard the announcer talk about Dell's new $16 or $18 million deal with the Department of Navy. Dell, it seems, was the ONLY bidder on the contract. And I'm not sure it has anything to do with PCs.

I've been trying to Google-up something... but nothing, well, surfaces. Again, I know it's Dell and I know it's a new deal and I know it's the Navy or NAVSEA. I may be a little sketchy about the deal size.
